I have found a decent enough apartment back home to move out. It is small but affordable, and bigger than the room I am now sharing with another person so that won't be a problem. Dad insists that I should stay instead so that we can all be under the same roof. I really do not want to. I am in the process of packing now.

Happy Birthday to me.

I hope it's not too cold outside today. I want to take some photos.

Has anyone seen Tory? I have not seen him around and he has not answered my emails or texts. Is he missing

[Private]
Did he leave? He would have told me...if he did. I think. Where is he?

That blizzard outside is not natural. I just know someone had something to do with it. Who that person is, stop it. It is fucking freezing in here.

The common room is a soggy mess. Next time, water fight over at Rakiah or something, I'm sure they would love it.

I don't really have any resolutions. I should have some. But I don't. It feels wrong somehow yet I am not sure why.

Do you think that turning someone pink is smart? Or does it make you feel superior? I didn't even know I was pink until Claire pointed it out for fuck's sak

My parents think I am an Gay Pride activist. And the old lady next door? She's been giving me disapproving glances all day. So yeah go to hell.

Five days till Christmas. I don't want to go home. I need to finish shopping. I hate shopping.

[Private]

I've already sent the care packages to Ghana, they should arrive soon. That leaves Mathew's family and Idris friends.

So far I have:
Father's book
Cecilia's earrings and sweater
Claire's earrings and bracelet set
Tory's book

Oh fuck, what should I get for Kae? And I need to buy bird food.

It's my natal day, don't fuck it up for me.

According to the British law, I am now officially old enough to buy alcohol in a bar, vote, join the army, and a whole bunch of moronic things which I have no interest in doing or have already been doing. There is something wrong with this picture.

((OOC: Mac is porting back to Cape Coast to get a tattoo on his pelvis this weekend, and to celebrate 'cause you know, he's eighteen now.))

What the fuck if wrong with me. Something is seriously going haywire. I can't...shift anymore. I've been in this stupid body for the whole day. This is a fucked up day. Everyone was staring when I couldn't do anything ANYTHING at all in Shapeshift. Runcer was very confused, I think she thought that I wasn't doing anything on purpose. As if I didn't relish any class that I could be nonhuman in. Abommubuwafre...

Spent most of my lunch break at the nurses. She said my cold was nothing to worry about. The whole school is catching the bug, for Nyame's sake. I should make a cup of Halima's special tea...I need some goldenseal and echinacea. I'll head to the tea shop tomorrow if it doesn't go away by then.

I am sick. Stay away, Idris.

As some of you may know, I ported back to Ghana Friday morning to celebrate Farmers Day. I have just come back from CCoast. Farmer's Day was good this year, but there has been some reprimanding of FD. Some nutjobs think that awarding farmers is a waste of finances and time. I send my sincerest pity to them for being such shortsighted misers.

As a nation driven by agriculture such that we earn much of our GDP from this sector, we must do more for this sector and the people in this sector. We cannot be unmoved and unconcerned about people who drive the nation forward, for progress does not roll on the wheels of inevitability. We must do specific measurable and proper investment in agriculture.
-Appiah Kusi Adomako

What country would Ghana be without the crops and plantations that provide food and agricultural profit?
